On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Glow Diary → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium access until the end of the current billing period, then it will not renew.
Open Glow Diary → Profile → tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If that doesn't work, restart the app and try once more.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Glow Diary purchase, and request a refund.
Yes — Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and never renews.
AI features need an internet connection. If you're online and still seeing errors, you may have reached your weekly AI quota: 1 analysis per week on the free plan, 7 per week on premium. The counter resets every Monday.
On your iPhone only. Glow Diary uses SwiftData and your local Documents folder. Nothing is uploaded — not even when you use AI skin analysis (the photo is sent for processing and immediately discarded).
Glow Diary is fully localized in 13 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and Russian. The app follows your iPhone's system language automatically.
All Glow Diary data lives on your device. If you uninstalled the app, your local data is gone — unless you had iCloud Backup enabled when you uninstalled. To prevent this, keep iCloud Backup turned on under Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup.
Uninstall Glow Diary. All habits, photos, logs, and skin profiles are deleted along with the app. There's no server to wipe — we don't operate a user database.
