Glow Diary is a personal beauty and skincare transformation tracker with AI-powered features. The app provides habit tracking, skin analysis, and personalized skincare advice for informational purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

Glow Diary is not a medical device. AI skin analysis, skincare advice, and ingredient analysis are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Always consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical skin concerns.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple through your App Store account.
You can cancel anytime through iPhone Settings > Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

5. AI Features

AI-generated content (skin analysis, chat advice, routines) is produced by language models and may not always be accurate.
Do not rely on AI output for medical decisions.
AI features require an internet connection.
We reserve the right to modify or limit AI features at any time.

6. Your Content

Your photos, habits, and personal data remain yours.
All personal data is stored locally on your device.
You can delete all data by uninstalling the app.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use AI features for purposes unrelated to personal skincare and beauty tracking.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
We are not responsible for skincare decisions made based on app recommendations.
Service availability may vary; AI features depend on external services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Diary and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
