In short: Use Glow Diary for personal skincare tracking and inspiration — not as a medical device. Subscriptions auto-renew through Apple unless you turn them off, and AI features are helpful guesses, not professional advice.

1. Acceptance and age

By downloading, installing, or using Glow Diary ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Glow Diary.

2. The service

Glow Diary is a personal beauty and skincare habit tracker with AI-powered features. The app helps you build a skincare routine, analyze your skin from selfies, scan product ingredients, and track daily habits. All features are provided for informational and personal-care purposes only.

3. Not medical advice

Glow Diary is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition. AI skin analysis, skincare advice, ingredient guidance, and routine recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only and are generated by language models that may produce inaccurate or incomplete results.

Always consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare professional for any medical concern. Do not rely on Glow Diary for medical decisions.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Premium features in Glow Diary are available through auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. The following terms apply:

Pricing: The current price of each tier is displayed in the app and on the App Store. Prices may vary by country and are subject to change.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen subscription package.
Managing your subscription: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions at any time after purchase.
No free trials: Glow Diary does not currently offer free trials. Some premium features can be tried for free under limited weekly quotas without any subscription.
Lifetime purchase: The Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase that grants access to current and future premium features for the lifetime of the app.
Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with the App Store refund policy. Glow Diary cannot issue or process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. AI features

AI-generated content (skin analyses, chat replies, routine suggestions, ingredient evaluations) is produced by third-party language models and may not be accurate.
Do not rely on AI output for medical decisions.
AI features require an internet connection.
AI features are subject to weekly usage quotas that may be adjusted from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or temporarily suspend AI features.

6. Your content

Photos, habits, logs, and other personal data created in the app remain yours.
All such data is stored locally on your iPhone. You can delete all data instantly by uninstalling the app.
You retain all intellectual property rights in any photos you take.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where permitted by law.
Use AI features for purposes unrelated to personal skincare or beauty tracking.
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy of AI-generated content.
Uninterrupted availability of AI or other features.
That the app will meet your specific skincare goals.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Glow Diary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the app — including any decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer-protection rules. Where no such rule applies, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Apple EULA

This app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. In case of conflict between Apple's EULA and these Terms on matters specific to the App Store, Apple's EULA controls.
